New Delhi, 22 Nov 2022 (Agency). Independent candidate Altaf from Mahavir Enclave, part three ward number 105 of the capital has spoiled the equation of party candidates.
Outgoing corporator Praveen Kumar is again AAP's candidate from this ward. BJP has fielded Ajit Singh and Congress has fielded Amar Tiwari. There are about 68,000 voters in this ward.
According to Altaf, he is getting support from all sections of the society. Apart from his own caste, he has full support from people of other societies.
Ashok Agyani, head of the Delhi Democratic Alliance, who is commanding the campaign in support of them, said that people are angry with all the party candidates in this ward. They did not do any work.
Mr. Agyani said that his candidate has been associated with social service in the area for a long time. He is young and hardworking. He has the full support of the Valmiki Samaj of the area, whose strength is 35 percent.
Radheshyam Gupta, a supporter of Mr. Altaf and a well-known person in the area, told that the specialty of this ward is that people are giving money along with votes to Altaf. We are campaigning on the principle of "one vote one note". L.S.
